Refund policy

We believe in our products and thus you may return it within 30 days from the purchase without stating the reason. The days start to count by the next day after accepting the package from delivery service. 

In case of return, the product must not be damaged, used or filled out. If possible to returned in original packaging. We excercise our right not to accept damaged products and products that were used, filled or in any other way handled improperly. 

When returning the product, please, fill out the form and ad it to the package. 

After receiving the package, the money will be returned the same way as the payment was received in the following 14 days. The payment can not be returned until the package is delivered and is physically in our hands. Please note, that the shipping cost is non-refundable and it is at your own expense.
